- It lifts you up when you're feeling down;

"How music made a difference in my life"
One of our regular singers shares this example:
It was an emotionally difficult week and my wife as usual was a wonderful support but it wasn't until I picked up my instrument and started to sing and play that music began to weave its healing magic. I began to feel better, comforted, grateful for the blessing of being able to make and share music, grateful for the wonderful people I have met through music - people who have had their own burdens to carry but found comfort also through music. I'm not a religious bloke but I believe that in doing good and sharing good with others returns its own reward. My wish is that those who have bought music into my life, and to so many others, will be rewarded in their own life.....M.B. Lake Macquarie NSWMusic for a Healthy Body
